Logging in automatically Windows 7

Every time Windows ask us to log in with typing the user name and password. That is very useful when there are several people who have access to the computer, but somewhat uncomfortable if the computer is also for personal use or wish to have access for visitors.

To avoid ever entering the data, then find and start logging automatically.

Keep in mind that set the auto start can only make the team manager.

First we open the Start Menu, what can be done quickly by pressing Windows + R simultaneously.

In the search box you must type netplwiz and press Enter.

Then you have to click the user account name, so it is highlighted, which allows automatic start.

Now with the mouse must be disable the box that says: Users must enter a user name and password to use this equipment. (as shown in the picture).

Click Apply, and the system will ask us to confirm the user's key that we have previously highlighted (thus disables the log data prompted us). Once done press OK and the process is complete.

Windows 7 Mobile

As I discussed already can download the Microsoft Office 2010 officially. But it also has been known to accidentally some screenshot of the new Windows 7 Mobile.

The multinational has presented a decalogue with the main advantages of the new Office Mobile 2010, and one of them has mistakenly cast a screenshot of the new mobile operating system.

What if this is confirmed in March 2010 MIX conference in 2010, Microsoft will unveil what he has in mind on that operating system.

With this release is intended to recover lost time and regain market share against competition.

Backdoor in Windows 7

Since the early days after learning of Windows and Microsoft's collaboration with the security forces and order, has been speculating on the possibility that were included as standard Windows backdoor which would allow authorities to remotely access any computer where it was Windows installed in a completely transparete for users.

After the news became known that the NSA Security Agency (United States) was working hand in hand with the development of safety critical parts of the new Microsoft operating system. Saute all alarms, anyone imagined the CIA and even FBI entering their computers without even ask for court orders under the slightest suspicion of criminal activity, terrorism, pedophilia, pornography simple in some countries, etc.

Microsoft went immediately to step ensuring that neither the NSA nor any other institution or organization had installed security systems to access Windows 7 in an unauthorized manner and that neither had in the past, never, ever. But ... who can trust a system whose code is closed?

Office 2010 Starter for Free

Microsoft will allow Office 2010 download for free. But the free version is not complete, which is going to offer free Office 2010 Starter.

A priori we could prove it has left dissappointed. The basic features of Word and Excel are virtually identical to the full retail versions and the advertising that appears not too intrusive.

In addition, we remind you that Microsoft has yet to present the online version of office, which is formally known by Microsoft Office Web Apps whose mission is to counteract the free offers competitors offer, such as Google Docs.

Paint.net
Although not included as standard comes with Office 2010, we believe it is a great complement for those users who also want to have a basic photo editor and free. Paint.net is a great option for editing images in Windows 7 for free.

Windows cant find wireless printer cant

I had a XP pro and Windows 7 in dual boot system. I unplugged the USB connector and installed the wifi into XP. Because the printer needs to connect to the router/access point and set all the wifi ssid/security.

Wireless printer worked fine for the xp, but when I booted into Windows 7, i can't find the wireless printer. How do I get the computer to recognize the printer as being wireless?

You might now want to Add a wireless Device or Printer. And Set your printer to be used via wireless connection. Through control panel --> network and internet --> add wireless device to network.

Then you can start to setup your wireless printer in Windows 7.

New Soundmax driver for AD2000 and AD1988

There is a New Soundmax driver for AD2000 and AD1988 for Windows 7. I had tested it in my Windows 7 64bit.

I had a new Asus Crosshair II Formula motherboard from RMA the Crosshair. With the help of the new SoundMax driver, my computer work great!

Download the SoundMax driver via the FTP server:

Install Windows 7 with a simple update

Good, now you can also your Windows 7 update. How to install on a virgin machine, even without an XP or Vista upgrade? It's very simple...

You should know that installing a Windows 7 update on a virgin machine of any OS is possible except that you can not activate Windows (not an old license XP or Vista). For how to get the pill, just follow these steps:

1. Install Windows 7 on the machine.
2. Cut the internet connection and prevent any update from Windows Update.
3. Go to the registry: Start -> Run -> regedit.
4.Go to the

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Setup/OOBE/

5. Set the MediaBootInstall value 1 to 0.
6. Close regedit.
7. Make "Start" and type cmd to see the icon to the MSDOS command prompt. Right click it and choose "Run as administrator" (or something like that)
8. In the MSDOS command prompt, type: "slmgr / rearm" then make entry
Reboot and when Windows 7 is loaded, run the activation program. Enter your product key and activate Windows ...
Oops, what ...

Otherwise, many of you ask me what I think of this OS ... it's been several months since I use it on my computer in RC version and what I can tell you that it is very stable very fast and certainly less annoying to use than Vista.

In short, although I am a heavy user of Linux, in all objectivity Windows Seven is a good thought that I recommend to all those who drag their XP for years and want change without having to suffer the same boat with Vista. Microsoft has really challenged this version and I think you will not be disappointed if you test ...

Microsoft Windows 7 32bits and 64bits

Here I have a concern. I migrated my Vista 64-bit Windows 7 to 64 bits, so far it goes.

Windows 7 does not appeal to me and I wanted to go back under my vista, the concern is that the remediation system which is on my hard drive (so I have no CD) did not want to start.

By mistake, or rather out of desperation, I went back to XP 32 bit, then I went back in another version of Windows 7 but compatible 32-bit.
And now I want to go back to Windows 7 64-bit.

My setup will allow me:
Hewlett-Packard HP Pavilion p6145
6GB of RAM
2.33 GHz 4-core Processor
1TB HDD
1GB Graphqiue Card

The goal is to get the rest of the memory that is not supported by the 32-bit.

Of course, when I launch the CD in Boot Mode (Windows 7 64-bit version) it gives me nothing and on the desktop, it says it is not supported due to its 64-bit inconsistent with the 32.

Is-it's hopeless or Is there a glimmer of hope?

Your DVD Windows 7 should be linked to a license update, which requires the presence of a legal Windows already installed and activated.

It must also architecture (32 or 64 bits) is the same between OS departure and arrival. This is not the case and can not "migrate" from a Windows 32-bit to 64-bit Windows without a format the system partition.

Windows 7 for students

Microsoft has a program that allows students to get Windows 7 family premium for a ridiculous price. Must provide proof that it is studying as an email address not provided the institution (if they provide one) or pdf proof as our class schedule, a registration certificate, etc.. If they get an e-mail is instantaneous, but otherwise they must conduct audits. It's been over a week I sent the pdf to my certificate of registration and I still have not received the email from Microsoft Canada. Is there any students from college in Quebec who have received their email to buy Windows 7?

Microsoft has an office on the boulevard Laurier, I wonder if people who work there can speed things up ...

Windows 7 notebook transforms into wireless access point

A Philadelphia developer managed to uncover a feature that was left unfinished in Windows 7, where it is capable of transforming any notebook running on Windows 7 into a wireless access point. This Enables other Wi-Fi-enabled devices to share the connection without the need for additional software. This new "Virtual Wi-Fi" feature in Windows 7 was in turn used to Develop Connectify, a free application Which hit the internet last Friday as a beta. Chances are Nomadio would be a shareware program in its final release, so make hay while the sun shines at the moment!

Repair Windows 7 mbr

I have a laptop, my hard drive into two partitions, one with Windows 7, the other with Ubuntu.
Yesterday I formatted my Ubuntu partition (which really helped me more) to save XP Instead compatibility issue. Except that my XP cd is too scratched, he has planted the setup, but the rub is that he has screwed up my Mbr ...
So I boot the liveCD ubuntu, have re-installed, history of having an OS and a mbr, except that in grub when I chose Windows Longhorn j'atteri to a black screen, and I must reboot ( I think the mbr reminds himself that there had XP, but not booted because it no longer exists.) and nothing allows me to access my Windows 7.

Does anyone have a solution. So that I can deleted my XP MBR, and can choose between Seven and Ubuntu from Grub?

How to repair Windows 7 MBR?

1. Boot from Windows 7 installation DVD in the drive.
2. Then Choose your default "Language", "Time", and "keyboard Input" on the first window screen. Then click next.
3. Click on "Repair Your Computer" to gain access to the System Recovery window. Then select "Command Prompt".
If you had Win 7 initially installed in the C partition, typing

"bootsect /nt60 C:\"

in Command Prompt to run.

Synchronization of directories and files

For those who want to make backups of type "directory synchronization, there is a free tool, lightweight and efficient Microsoft (unfortunately only in English) that can create" folders synchronized pairs "that SyncToy is in 32 and 64 bits.
It is very easy to define a number of "pairs of directories" qeu can simply sync => what is changed on one side (on your PC) is postponed to another (on a laptop, external drive, internal, memory stick or any other physical media).

This tool can replace the function "Offline Folders" available in versions and Professional Fundamentals XP / Vista / 7.

Step by step:

1 Create a pair of directories

2 Define the type of synchronization:
* Synchronize = New files and changed files are copied both ways, deletions and name changes are also included in both directions.
* Echo = New files and changed files are copied left to right, deletions and name changes are passed from left to right.
* Contribute = New files and changed files are copied left to right, the renamed files are passed from left to right, but not deletes.

3 Naming the pair created

4 Adjust the settings files

Here you can include or exclude certain file types via the "*". Eg: exclude *. mpg or *. mp3 if you do not want to overload the backup with videos or music

5 Perform the first synchronization.
Synchronization is also faster than what can your drives and your hardware.

Windows 7 will sell 3x better than Vista

A study by the NDP, Microsoft had sold 234% of box Windows 7 October 22 of that last box of Windows Vista on the day of its launch.

It is true that the reductions that Microsoft has granted have stimulated demand. Despite these promotions, Windows 7 is more lucrative than Vista with a turnover 82% higher. The comparisons include sales of pre-orders and those carried out on launch day system.

There is still a caveat. It did not sell as many computers embarking 7 that during the release of his unfortunate ancestor (6% lower than at launch in 2007). It is true that Vista was launched in January, the best month for sales of computers that October and manufacturers offered fewer machines updates this year than two years ago. On October 22, 2009, 20% of systems incorporating a former OS, against only 6% in January 2007.

In conclusion, it is still too early to take stock of the popularity of Windows 7, Christmas is the real test, we can already say that Microsoft starts on solid foundations.

How to install Windows 7 from a bootable USB drive

Windows 7 may be purchased in stores but also as an ISO image from the Microsoft Store.
Netbooks having no optical drive it is complicated to install a box version purchased commercially.

Create a bootable USB drive or a DVD from an ISO image of Windows 7:

Burning an ISO image is simply a DVD, but creating a bootable USB from a DVD installation can be complicated. Microsoft is launching its own utility to create USB drive.

The use of Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool is very simple: just specify the location of the image to burn, the USB destination (the software can also burn image on DVD) and launch copying.
If you have a boxed version, you must first convert your DVD to ISO image. You can do this by using a software like ImgBurn.

* Pentium 233-megahertz (MHz) or higher (300MHz recommended)
* 50 MB free space on your hard drive
* DVD burner or USB flash drive 4GB minimum
* Download Windows 7 USB / DVD Download Tool 1.0 (Download Link Official Microsoft).

How to install Boot Camp Windows 7 for advanced users.
If you own a recent Mac to Intel based, you may be aware that you can easily install Windows over by a wizard designed by Apple. This wizard called Boot Camp, can first prepare the hard drive of the Mac to host Windows, then install the necessary drivers once Windows freshly installed.

If you're curious, you may have installed Windows 7 on your Mac Intel and noticed that the Boot Camp Assistant will not install by displaying the error code 2229. This error occurs because the assistant is expected to settle on Windows versions less than or equal to Windows Vista. It is possible to solve this problem by handling that only advanced users should attempt. This manipulation is explained later in this note.

Improving the speed of opening Internet Explorer 8

The startup speed or a new instance of Internet Explorer 8 in Windows 7 may be slow and take several seconds.

One of the main causes of this slowdown can result from an add-on installed. The duration of loading add-ons is a parameter that was introduced in IE8.

Open IE8, Under Tools, select Manage Add-ons. Then select All Add-ons and check the column loading time.

A complementary module should load normally in a few seconds. If the duration of loading an additional module is too large, it is better to disable this module. IE8 will take charge when necessary to seek the add and re-submit.

If despite disabling add-ons including the charging time was set large, the problem persists, then disable one by one the other modules with the charging time is not appropriate to determine the culprit.

Delete Browsing History in IE8

To keep Internet Explorer 8 in optimum operation, it is necessary to regularly empty the browser cache by deleting the browsing history.

Open IE8. In Security, select Delete Browsing History.
According to your habit of surfing the net, select the items to clean.
Check Temporary Internet Files and Cookies must be checked.
Click on Delete.

Windows 7 for Netbook

Acer recently updated the Acer Aspire 1410 laptop (dual core version) which runs Windows 7 Home Premium. The netbook has an 11.6 inch and 1366 x 768 pixel display, so it looks a bit larger than our typical netbook. Also it is available for purchase from B&H for $399.99.
The Acer Aspire 1410 ships with Windows 7 Home Premium instead of the stripped down Windows 7 Starter Edition that comes with most Intel Atom powered netbooks.

There is the Performance and Graphics with the Netbook:

Video test:
In Windows 7/SU2300 model, to transcode 2:22 file from uncompressed AVI to XViD costs 2 minutes, 9 seconds.

Audio test:
In Windows 7/SU2300 model, to converte 30:03 WAV file to MP3 costs 1 minute, 18 seconds.

In my mind, the Acer Aspire 1410 laptop looks pretty, but i is not perfect.
